Free Estimates and Analysis
At no cost to you Advanced
Environmental (AE) will visit your property, whether residential, commercial,
or industrial. AE examines your property to ensure familiarity with all
its features and underground utilities such as gas, electricity lines, water
lines, sprinkler, sewer lines and septic systems. This careful review permits
AE to accurately estimate the breadth of your project and to inform you
of the scope of work to be performed.
AE will discuss in
detail a plan that will work best for your specific application and will
provide you with a written estimate.
Once AE receives your
authorization to proceed, a work date is planned, making sure there are
no conflicts with your schedule so that, if you wish, you may be present
during the work.
With a work date established, AE is obligated to report a code 53 to a
special New York State agency. A code 53 (also known as the UFPO) is a
required notification that in turn notifies all utility companies to mark
out your property's utility lines. These demarcations assists AE, guaranteeing
that disturbance of your utility service does not occur during our work
process. At this point the utility companies will either contact us or
they will send a team out to your property to demark their utility lines
(i.e. water, sewer, gas, electric, cable, phone, etc).
Once the utilities
are marked, and the start date is set, AE can then begin to work on your
job.
