Advanced Environmental is a family owned and operated corporation solely in the business of fuel oil tank storage solutions for over 20 years!  We take care of our customers like no other company in the area can or will. Our friendly staff is highly trained and experienced to get the job right the first time!  All of Advanced Environmental’s work is fully certified and insured. We are covered by comprehensive liability insurance including: pollution liability, full automotive insurance, equipment insurance, and New York State Workman’s Compensation.

Our distinctive consultation service in conjunction with a deep and wide understanding of all oil tank solutions positions us to serve the broad spectrum of needs and requirements of the residential, commercial, and industrial communities.

At no cost to you, we will visit your property - whether residential, commercial, or industrial. During the preliminary site assessment, we will thoroughly examine your property to ensure a familiarity with all its features and underground utilities such as: gas, electricity lines, water lines, sprinkler, sewer lines and septic systems. Careful review of your property will give us the opportunity to accurately estimate the breadth of your project and inform you in detail as to the scope of work to be performed.

We will discuss in detail with you the most appropriate, effective, and affordable solutions for your particular application, providing you with a timely free written estimate of the cost of your project. Upon receipt of your authorization to proceed, we will schedule a start-date and coordinate a work plan, making sure there are no conflicts with your schedule so that, if you wish, you may be present during the work.

Working closely with your town and county, state and federal agencies, Advanced Environmental handles the entire permit process and scheduling of all required inspections with the appropriate officials. In addition, we will advise to and handle all paperwork including any insurance claims that may be required.

Upon completion of your project, we will close permits with your town, provide you with any written documentation, send any and all copies to your attorney if necessary for a real estate transaction, and close a spill number with the NYSDEC if there was any soil contamination.  You will also receive a certified Certificate of Completion adorned with our Company Seal so that you have thorough records of the work performed.
